Smart Choice ™ AHU components are factory fabricated and field erected to accommodate delivery/site access restraints while ensuring the quality and single source responsibility of a custom AHU.

Vibro-Acoustics manufactures Smart Choice TM AHU
components including bases, panels, drain pans, coil & filter racks. These are shipped with Vibro-Acoustics
sourced equipment (fans, coils and filters) for on-site
installation and single source responsibility.

This Smart Choice TM
AHU required 100,000 cfm with
100% standby capacity. These were shipped as
prefabricated components (example left) to accommodate
the tight access (below).

Access to the Transmission Facility underground Mechanical Equipment Room was restricted to an elevator in this small building.

When small openings, special site or space restrictions are a problem, Vibro-Acoustics’ Smart Choice™ provides new solutions. When a custom

AHU is too large to ship, even as a sectionalized unit, Vibro-Acoustics has the answer. Only Vibro-Acoustics provides the advantages of factory-fabricated,

custom AHUs in a field erected unit. AHU components, such as panels, structures,

drain pans, and coil and filter racks are manufactured in Vibro Acoustics’ own factory. Single-source responsibility includes the procurement of specified equipment such

as fans, coils, filters, and humidifiers.

Vibro-Acoustics’ project management ensures that components and equipment are shipped to the building site on a pre-determined, scheduled

basis. Field assembly and installation can be completed by Vibro-Acoustics or by an authorized local contractor.
